We're on the cusp of "Sugar Season", which is what I like to call the months between Halloween and Easter. There is a candy-related and/or indulgence-encouraged event at least once a month between now and Spring.
Now is the time to bolster your healthy habits.
Here's a way to prep for Sugar Season - so you can start the season strong.
A unique approach.
It's a week-long group workshop focused on "adding in" rather than "taking out". There are daily goals for eating fruits and vegetables, drinking water, sleeping, and moving your body. There’s also a line item for stress management, because of the many things you need to be healthy, it's no doubt that you
desperately need a few minutes of down time.

There's a kick-off call on Friday, October 22. Then you'll have the weekend to shop and prep as needed. The Anti-Cleanse runs Monday, October 29 through Sunday, October 30.
We'll schedule a personal one-on-one wrap up call for just you and me to wrap up and fine tune your approach to Sugar Season and and then some.
It'll be me, you, and the support of the group the whole time. It'll be great. There are some really cool people signed up, and you're going to love being part of this group.
