If you’re like most people, you don’t often slow down to ask yourself “Why am I eating?”. There are three basic reasons people eat, and only two of those reasons can be addressed with food. Find out what those three reasons are in this workshop! From there, you’ll learn the best way to nourish yourself, and non-food ways you can use to nurture yourself.
Your Body: Acceptance, Courage, and Wisdom “Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference”. The Serenity Prayer has been used for ages. But how does it relate to your body shape and size? Learn the basic facts about the things you cannot change, as well as the things you can. From there, you’ll learn to have the wisdom that will impact your health in ways that work for the long term.
